Dutch UmbrellaTM is an umbrella sharing system that began in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. A local bartender often saw his patrons get stranded or wet because they'd forgotten their umbrellas. The Dutch Umbrella group is very active in the Philadelphia Community and their website is worth a visit to see which activities they have planned.
